I’ve been gone for a while! Sorry guys so much has been going on. Since I started my journey I’ve lost 11lbs thus far! I’m down from 166 to 154. So that is progress and I’m very happy with that. My goal is a healthy 135. So I decided to start INSANITY! So i’ll try to keep you updated on that.

I’ve been neglecting my blog -_-. Ive had knee problems for like the past few days so I had to slow down on my exercising but as of yesterday i’m back. I started at 166 and now I’m 160. So that’s some progress. Yay me!
Today went pretty well except my knees are killing me! Of everything…my knees!?
I didn’t work out because everything on my body hurt and I mean EVERY THING!
